Commercial operations on a single bridge

PrestaMarket Commerce Bridge enables the exchange of enabled catalogue, stock, order, fulfilment and marketplace data between a shop and compatible platforms. The features available depend on each platform, the shop’s configuration and the permissions granted during authorisation.

The service is aimed at organisations that control or are authorised to operate all connected shops and accounts. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing the synchronised information, for their commercial decisions and for compliance with the rules applicable to their products and sales channels.

Restricted access

Connections use each platform’s authorisation process and request only the permissions necessary for the enabled features. Access can be revoked from the relevant account. Operational logs enable the service to be protected, incidents to be diagnosed and synchronisations to be reconciled without publishing credentials or data from connected shops.

Information and support

Availability may change when a platform updates its API, its verification requirements or the supported permissions. GO ON Agency sets out the applicable requirements during onboarding and provides support for authorised connections.
