This privacy policy explains how Karina Vázquez Fernández, trading under the brand name GO ON Agency, processes personal data when a merchant uses PrestaMarket Commerce Bridge or authorises its connection to a compatible platform, including TikTok Shop.
1. Data controller and contact details
Karina Vázquez Fernández, trading under the brand name GO ON Agency and with its registered address at Travesía Arnaveca, 6, A Rúa de Valdeorras, 32350 Ourense, Spain, is responsible for account data, support and service administration. Full details are set out in the Legal notice. Privacy requests may be sent to hola@go-onagency.es.
2. Data we process
Depending on the functions and permissions enabled, we may process account, company, shop and contact data; platform identifiers and authorisations; catalogue, variants, categories, prices, taxes, images and stock; orders, buyers, delivery, fulfilment, returns, refunds, finance and customer service; webhook events, synchronisation history, audit, security, device and support.
3. Purposes
The data is used to connect authorised shops, synchronise enabled information, diagnose and reconcile processes, provide support, protect the service, prevent misuse, maintain required records and improve reliability. Only the permissions necessary for the enabled functions are requested.
4. Legal basis
Depending on the context, the processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations or consent. The trading organisation determines the applicable basis for the data of buyers provided through its shop.
5. Source and target audience
Data is sourced from the merchant, their shop, authorised platforms and service records. It is only shared with connected platforms at the merchant’s instruction, with infrastructure and support providers subject to guarantees, with professional advisers or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
If a data processor processes data outside the European Economic Area, valid mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses shall apply, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.
7. Conservation and safety
Data is retained for the duration of the active relationship and thereafter for the periods necessary to fulfil obligations, ensure security and meet liabilities. Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk are applied. No system can guarantee absolute security; therefore, detection and response procedures are also in place.
8. Rights
Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or data portability where applicable, and may withdraw their consent. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Certain requests concerning buyers’ data must first be addressed to the relevant trader.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated if there are changes to functions, permissions, suppliers or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and the date at the top identifies the current version.
