These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PrestaMarket Commerce Bridge, a service provided by Karina Vázquez Fernández, trading under the brand name GO ON Agency, to connect authorised shops with compatible e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop.
1. Service provider, contracting party and contact details
Karina Vázquez Fernández, trading under the brand name GO ON Agency and with its registered address at Travesía Arnaveca, 6, A Rúa de Valdeorras, 32350 Ourense, Spain, provides the service and is the contracting party. 2. Service
The app can synchronise the catalogue and, when enabled and authorised, exchange data relating to the shop, products, stock, orders, fulfilment, finance, returns and webhooks. The features depend on the permissions granted by the merchant and each platform.
3. Account and authorisation
You must be authorised to act on behalf of each shop and linked account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, the security of your account and the permissions for your device. Authorisation for a platform can be revoked from the relevant account.
4. Permitted use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with the rules of the connected platforms. You must not access data without authorisation, circumvent security measures, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, infringe the rights of third parties, or publish illegal or misleading information.
5. Retailer’s responsibilities
The retailer remains responsible for the catalogue, prices, taxes, stock levels, orders, order fulfilment, returns, customer service and regulatory compliance. They must review the synchronised data and correct any errors. The service does not replace legal, tax or regulatory advice.
6. Third-party platforms
The connected platforms are independent third parties with their own terms and conditions. Their APIs, availability, updates and permitted functions are subject to change. Karina Vázquez Fernández has no control over these services and accepts no liability for any interruptions or restrictions caused by them.
7. Availability and changes
We endeavour to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security or adaptation work may be carried out. Relevant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended in the event of security risks, unlawful use, material breach or at the request of a platform or authority. Upon termination, connections will be revoked where applicable and data will be retained or deleted in accordance with the privacy policy and legal obligations.
9. Applicable legislation
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory provisions and the competent courts. These terms and conditions may be updated to reflect legal, technical or functional changes; the date at the top identifies the current version.
